Current Implementation

The Edit tool already renders diffs when input.details contains oldString and newString:

However...

The diff only renders if konsole sends the details. Let me check if konsole is passing oldString/newString in the Edit tool events.

What's Next?

I'll check if konsole's stream.ts is extracting and sending diff details for Edit tool calls. If not, that's why you're not seeing nice diffs.
