Fixed: Hidden Dock on New Kontask Page

Changes Made

1. Added `hideDock` option to layout

File: konui/src/views/layout.ts

The dock is now conditionally rendered based on this option.

2. Applied `hideDock: true` to New Kontask page

File: konui/src/views/kontask-new.ts

Cancel Mechanisms Available

The page already has two cancel mechanisms:
1. Back arrow (top left) - Links to /kontasks
2. Cancel button - Next to the Create button, links to /kontasks

Result

- The bottom dock is now hidden on the New Kontask page
- Form buttons are fully visible without obstruction
- Users can cancel via:
- The ← back arrow in the header
- The "Cancel" button next to "Create Kontask"

Konui has been restarted and the changes are live.
